From emergency help to long-term household resilience.
The TROFIMCIUC Medical-Social Center, within the vision of the Global Human Prevention Ecosystem, is developing a community pilot designed for 60 selected families from the village of Chetrosu.
This is not intended to be a simple distribution of aid. We do not want to give a family something that disappears tomorrow — we want to help families build something that can keep producing for years.
Support is designed around productive assets, food production, knowledge and Give Forward responsibility, rather than cash assistance.

What one family can receive
Depending on project funding, eligibility, household capacity and the implementation stage, a participating family may receive a productive starter package including:
1 young goat
Milk, household food production, offspring, natural fertiliser, and potential supplementary income.
5 laying hens + 1 rooster
Eggs, chicks, food for the household, and future birds for another family.
1 bee colony + hive
Honey, pollination, local biodiversity, potential supplementary income, and future colonies.
1 breeding rabbit
A simple productive asset that can help a household develop a small breeding activity.
Vegetable seeds
Selected seeds to establish or expand a household garden, so part of tomorrow's food is produced at home.
Starter animal feed
Initial feed support for the transition after receiving animals. The purpose is not permanent dependency — it is to help the family begin successfully.
Basic shelter materials
Where necessary and resources permit, simple materials to improve safe and appropriate housing for animals.
Training and continuous support
Animals and seeds alone are not enough. Practical guidance on animal care, poultry, beekeeping, breeding, vegetable production, hygiene, disease prevention, food handling, and Give Forward responsibilities.
We don't only provide productive assets. We help people learn how to make those assets productive.
The 60-family vision

When production and reproduction allow, they Give Forward.

60 families should not be the end. They should be the beginning.
The Chetrosu Give Forward commitment
Every productive asset has its own natural cycle, so Give Forward does not look identical for every project.
- Poultry — a household can raise and give forward 5 grown chicks to another household, per the programme agreement.
- Goats — after successful reproduction, and when animal welfare permits, an agreed young animal may help establish another household's project.
- Bees — as colonies develop, beneficiaries may contribute toward establishing another colony or hive.
- Rabbits — successful reproduction can provide breeding stock for another household.
- Gardens — families can give forward seeds, seedlings, produce, knowledge, or help establishing another garden.

Community contribution
The project encourages small, regular acts of solidarity. For the initial poultry programme, participating households may contribute according to their beneficiary agreement — for example, five eggs per week. These can be redirected transparently toward community needs and vulnerable households, according to the project's rules and actual production capacity.
The purpose is not to take food away from families. It is to show that even a household receiving help can become capable of helping someone else.
From beneficiary to contributor
A family receives. That family produces. That family shares. That family helps another family begin.
This is how dignity replaces dependency.
Sponsor a complete family
Instead of funding a single asset, a supporter can help fund a household resilience package: goat, hens and rooster, bee colony and hive, breeding rabbit, seeds, starter feed, basic shelter materials, training, preventive veterinary support, monitoring, GHPE identification and Give Forward follow-up.

The final amount will be calculated from real local purchase, transport, veterinary, training and administrative costs before being advertised.
Sponsor 10 families
Families, companies, diaspora groups, churches, associations or groups of friends can finance a Chetrosu cluster together: ten household packages, ten Give Forward commitments, and the households those reach afterwards.
Fund the Chetrosu 60
Not 60 cash payments. Not 60 temporary food parcels. 60 opportunities to build productive household capacity. A major donor, foundation, company or institutional partner could support part or all of the pilot.
Sponsor a single asset
A donation does not stop at one household. It funds a starting set of animals or saplings, and the family that receives it passes the same start on to the next.

What success will mean
We will not measure success only by how many animals were distributed.
- How many households strengthened their food security
- How much food was produced
- How many productive assets multiplied
- How many transfers to new households actually happened
- How many second- and third-generation households emerged
- How many households became less dependent on outside assistance
- How many beneficiaries eventually became contributors
A pilot means learning
Chetrosu begins as a pilot. Not every component will necessarily reach all 60 households at the same time. Implementation depends on available funding, family eligibility, animal welfare, household conditions, seasonality, local veterinary requirements, project capacity and monitoring results.
We will learn from the first participating families, improve what does not work, and expand what does. If the pilot shows strong results, further phases can follow and more families can take part.

Centrul Medical-Social TROFIMCIUC lansează un proiect pilot pentru comunitatea din Chetrosu, conceput inițial pentru 60 de familii din sat, selectate conform criteriilor proiectului și etapelor de implementare.
Fiecare familie selectată va putea primi sprijin în natură pentru a-și consolida capacitatea de a produce hrană pe termen lung — nu ajutor financiar în numerar. În funcție de etapa proiectului și resursele disponibile, pachetul poate include: o capră tânără; 5 găini ouătoare și 1 cocoș; o familie de albine cu stup; un iepure pentru reproducere; semințe pentru legume; hrană de început pentru animale; materiale simple pentru adăpost; instruire și sprijin pe parcurs.
Acesta este un proiect pilot. Vom începe, vom măsura rezultatele, vom învăța și vom îmbunătăți modelul. Dacă proiectul va avea rezultate bune și vom reuși să atragem resurse suplimentare, obiectivul nostru este să continuăm cu noi etape și noi familii.
Vă rugăm pentru înțelegere, răbdare și respectarea regulilor proiectului. Scopul nostru este să ajutăm corect, transparent și pe termen lung.
Dar există și o responsabilitate importantă: CINE PRIMEȘTE ASTĂZI VA ÎNCERCA SĂ AJUTE PE ALTCINEVA MÂINE.
Așa putem construi ceva împreună. Nu pentru o zi. Nu pentru o fotografie. Pentru generațiile care urmează.
